As the project coordinator, Mother Teresa University will oversee the administrative, financial, and
strategic management of CRAFT-VET, ensuring that the project remains aligned with Erasmus+
guidelines and meets its objectives. 

GID is a civil society organization dedicated to social inclusion, economic empowerment, and policy
advocacy. The organization will focus on ensuring equal opportunities for women, marginalized
communities, and rural artisans while advocating for legal protections for Albanian crafts.

A&I Services & Consulting is a business development and financial management firm that will ensure
the economic viability of the project outcomes by equipping artisans with essential business and
entrepreneurship skills.

EUROTRAINING is an experienced vocational training provider specializing in technical education,
digital skills development, and entrepreneurship training. The organization will take a leading role in
capacity building for VET educators and trainers, ensuring that modern craft education is successfully
delivered in Albania.

ReadLab is a research and innovation company specializing in digital learning platforms, AI-based
education tools, and blockchain certification systems. It will provide technical expertise to modernize
craft education through cutting-edge digital solutions.

As one of Albania’s key vocational training institutions, the Professional School of Elbasan will serve as
a pilot site for testing the newly developed craft training modules. The school has strong ties to the local
craft industry, making it an ideal environment for implementing practical, hands-on training.
