A&I Services & Consulting (Albania)
A&I Services & Consulting is a business development and financial management firm that will ensure the economic viability of the project outcomes by equipping artisans with essential business and entrepreneurship skills.
Key responsibilities:
• Business coaching for artisans, training them in financial literacy, branding, and market access.
• Facilitating artisan participation in international trade networks, increasing their exposure to global markets.
• Supporting project dissemination and communication, ensuring strong engagement with stakeholders.
• Assisting in financial monitoring and reporting, ensuring transparency in project expenditures.
EUROTRAINING (Greece)
EUROTRAINING is an experienced vocational training provider specializing in technical education, digital skills development, and entrepreneurship training. The organization will take a leading role in
capacity building for VET educators and trainers, ensuring that modern craft education is successfully delivered in Albania.
Key responsibilities:
• Development of training methodologies for VET trainers, integrating digital, sustainable, and business skills into craft-related education.
• Training of Trainers (ToT) program, preparing at least 50 VET educators to deliver modernized craft education.
• Knowledge transfer on innovative teaching methodologies, ensuring the long-term sustainability of project results.
Group for Integration and Democracy (GID) (Albania)
The Group for Integration and Democracy (GID) is a prominent civil society organization dedicated to driving social inclusion, economic empowerment, and evidence-based policy advocacy. In the context of the CRAFTVET project, GID focuses on securing equal opportunities for women, marginalized communities, and rural artisans, while championing the legal and cultural protection of Albanian craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
Social Inclusion & Accessibility: Ensuring that vocational training programs are inclusive and accessible to underrepresented groups and marginalized communities.
Policy & Geographical Indication (GI): Developing strategic policy recommendations to secure Geographical Indication protections, safeguarding the authenticity and heritage of Albanian crafts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating high-level collaboration between the project, policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society to ensure sustainable impact.
Economic Advocacy: Advocating for long-term financial frameworks for artisans, including improved access to microloans, government grants, and financial literacy resources.
Mother Teresa University (MTU) – North Macedonia (Coordinator)
As the project coordinator, Mother Teresa University will oversee the administrative, financial, and strategic management of CRAFT-VET, ensuring that the project remains aligned with Erasmus+
guidelines and meets its objectives. MTU has extensive experience in curriculum development, digital education, and vocational training research, making it well-positioned to lead the project.

• Training students and artisans on zero-waste production models, minimizing environmental impact and improving resource efficiency.
ReadLab (Greece)
ReadLab is a research and innovation company specializing in digital learning platforms, AI-based education tools, and blockchain certification systems. It will provide technical expertise to modernize craft education through cutting-edge digital solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Development of a digital learning platform, hosting all training materials, interactive lessons, and video tutorials for artisans and students.
• Implementation of blockchain certification, allowing artisans to digitally verify the authenticity of their crafts, increasing trust among international buyers.
• Design of AI-assisted tools for craft production, supporting artisans in creating modern designs using digital methods.
• Ensuring technology transfer through structured training on how to use digital craft tools effectively.
Professional School of Elbasan (Albania)
As one of Albania’s key vocational training institutions, the Professional School of Elbasan will serve as a pilot site for testing the newly developed craft training modules. The school has strong ties to the local
craft industry, making it an ideal environment for implementing practical, hands-on training.
Key responsibilities:
• Testing and implementing the updated VET curriculum, ensuring that students receive training
that is aligned with industry needs.
• Hosting hands-on workshops in collaboration with artisans and trainers.
• Providing feedback on training materials and tools, ensuring that they meet the needs of both
students and educators.
• Collaborating with business mentors, connecting students with real-world employment
opportunities.
